Breakfast consists of fresh homemade or local products!

The baguette and pastries are homemade by Sebastien Fagoaga, who also makes our famous Basque cake!

The orange juice is freshly squeezed and the apple juice comes from an artisanal production.

The coffee "Negro" comes from one of the last roasters in the Basque Country, voted best roaster of France in 2012. Tea is from Damann, the hot chocolate from Bayonne, yogurts are made on a farm in Sare, cereals are Organic ...

Breakfasts are served from 8.30 am until 10 am in the lounge or on the terrace.
